Question: "How do I place an order?"
You've got four options:
- Once you have found the records you wish to order from our Record Lists, copy the record details into our Order Form and we will email you back a total including postage cost. (Please allow upto two working days for a reply.)
- Alternatively if you don't like forms them simply send an Email to Spinna Disc Records (but please do mention which country you live in so we can give the best possible deal on postage prices.)

Question: "I live in the UK, how do I send payment?"
We accept any of these methods:
- PayPal payable to sales@spinnadiscrecords.com
- BRITISH personal cheques in UK Pounds Sterling made to "Spinna Disc Records"
- BRITISH postal orders in UK Pounds Sterling made to "Spinna Disc Records"
- cash in UK Pounds Sterling (*)
- cash in any other currency...please ask for a total (*)
- UK stamps
(*) Please note that if you are paying by cash, we recommend you send
your money by recorded post.
Question: "I live outside the UK, how do I send payment?"
We accept any of these methods:
- PayPal payable to sales@spinnadiscrecords.com
- International Money Orders in UK Pounds Sterling made to "Spinna Disc Records"
- cash in any currency...please ask for a total (*)

Question: "Do you accept credit cards?"
Not dirrectly, but if you have a PayPal account you can use it to upload money, then use your PayPal account to pay us.
Question: "Does the web site list ALL your stock?"
No. We have about 30,000 items in stock but due to time restrictions we simply can't get them all listed on this site. If you can't see what you want here please ask, we may well have it!
Question: "Are all records listed on this site guaranteed to be available?"
We cannot always guarantee that every record listed on this site is definately still available. Running a full shop and a web site is a very time consuming job, we try our best to keep the site up to date but sometimes a record may have sold in the shop. Sorry in advance for any disappointment.
Question: "I'm looking for a rare record can you help me?"
Send us details of the record you are looking for, and we will see if we can find it for you.
Question: "Do you sell my contact details to third parties?"
No. We respect your privacy. Your details will be kept secret
at all times, and please be assured
that we do not sell information about
our clients to anyone.
Question: "How often is the Spinna Disc web site updated?"
We update the site when we have enough new stock to make it interesting. The easiest way to keep up to date with web site changes is to subscribe to our FREE Mailing List.
